Every effort is made to provide you with measurements and other important information
when ordering our merchandise.
Return item for exchange or refund. We will credit your card on a charge or send
a refund check for money order/check transactions. To return or exchange item:
- Call or email us for an authorization number.
- Item must be in its original condition with tags attached. (It cannot be altered
or damaged in any way)
- Return the item with its original receipt in its original package.
- Return merchandise within 15 days of the day it was shipped to you. (After 15 days)
- Please send your package to us via insured and prepaid US mail or UPS. Shipping
and handling charges are not refundable. You are responsible for the merchandise

We cannot accept returns on videos or CD’s unless they are damaged or defective.
For damaged CD’s or videos, we will send a duplicate replacement when we receive
